These Terms of Service (“Terms”) and the accompanying Privacy Policy govern your use of the social iOS app “Chat” provided by Vidal-Lauchad LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using our app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the app.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties The app is provided “as is” without any warranties.
   
7. Limitation of Liability We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
   
8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision in the Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect the original intent of the provision, and the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Any failure to exercise or enforce any right or the provision of the Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, or be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.

We want you to understand what information (including Personal Data) we collect in connection with your use of our Services and/or access to our Site; for what purpose such information is collected; how we collect, use, and store such information; to whom it may be disclosed; and how you can exercise your rights and access your information, verify its accuracy, correct and/or have it erased. Equally, we want you to know what information we do not collect under any circumstances.

Our guiding principle toward data collection is to collect only the minimal data required to operate world-class Services at scale. We designed our systems (and strive to constantly improve them) to not have sensitive data about our customers. We cannot disclose, misuse, or abuse, even when compelled, data that we do not possess. We do not collect logs of your activity, including no logging of browsing history, traffic destination, data content, or DNS queries. We also never store connection logs, meaning no logs of your IP address, your outgoing SOCIAL APP IP address, connection timestamp, or session duration.
